The staff was very-very friendly, they were helpful ,the breakfast was very good, the hotel is in 200 meters away from the Hagia Sophia, so everything was perfect.
The 3 bed-rooms were on the 3rd floor ,and there is no elevator. With a baby it was a good fitness:-)

The staff was very helpful and eager to provide any assistance needed. The location was also very quiet and pleasant.
The window was facing the street, and at night the sound of traffic was clearly audible, which was disturbing.

We liked the friendliness and helpfulness shown by the staff. Apart from the fact that we were given a free upgrade (we had unwittingly booked the rooms on the ground floor), the staff made us feel at home and were very helpful with their suggestions and places to visit. The location of the hotel, few steps away from the Blue Mosque, is excellent for a short city trip.

The hotel is very well located. The staff is very nice, some of them do not speak English but they get out of their way to try and understand you. I only have one complain and it is that I asked by email if it was possible for a change of room and they said yes, and when we got there we did not get the change. And the room was really really small for the price (140 euros). The room was 3 meters from the check in desk so you heard everything and when I said everything I mean it! So if by any chance you get offered the economy room (Z-1) run away, fast! The only way we could manage sleeping was taking two sleeping pills every night. The bathroom is a closet, the shower is so small you can not wash your feet and the toilet is a bucket. Other than that, it was clean and that is very important. The breakfast was more or less OK, nothing fancy.
Only that I felt cheated with the room change. I would recommend this hotel only if the room is in another floor. I did not see the other rooms but I guess anything is better that what we got. It should by half the price, hence economy room.
